1) Do quick exercises in the bathroom or in the kitchen
a) Do squats after using the toilet
b) stand on one leg to improve balance while brushing your teeth
c) do single leg squats holding the counter top in your kitchen
2) Get a better butt going up/down your stairs
3) Look better in sleeveless tops by doing pushups with hands on your stairs
4) Do exercises while in the car
a) Squeeze your butt to improve your Kegel muscles (bladder control)
b) Improve your posture by slightly adjusting your rear mirror upward (1/2 inch), which will force you to sit straighter (squeeze your shoulder blades together)
